Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days? 

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

Return Policies

Received wrong layout/version

If you find that the product layout or version you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and tracking number written/printed on paper. Email this to us at support@credkeys.com within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you. No return will be granted, If the seal is broken. 

No return request will be accepted.

If the product is delivered to the customer for more than 7 days. (After the product has been delivered to the customer, he/she can raise the return/refund request within 7 days.) In this case, the customer will dispatch us the sealed product and bear the courier charges. The product must be unused & the packaging should not be damaged. The product should be sealed in its original product packaging. All supporting documentation such as receipt of purchase, price tags, labels & warranty card as well as accessories should be dispatched with the product. We will expedite replacement or refund once we have received & inspected the product. No accessories is eligible to return/exchange unless there is damage or any defect issue.
