Why doesn't the delivery date match the timeline of X-Y business days?
The delivery date may vary if our courier partners have a holiday between the order date and the delivery date shown on the product page. In such cases, an extra day is added to the estimated date. Some couriers do not deliver on Sundays, which is also considered in the delivery timeline.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Typically, it takes 2 to 5 working days. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. The exact time depends on product availability and your delivery location.

Why isn’t the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option available in my location?
CoD availability depends on whether our courier partner can accept cash payments in your area.

Why can't I get a refund if I don't report a missing delivery within a month?
If your order shows as "Delivered" on the courier’s website for over a month, the courier deletes the delivery details, and we cannot provide a refund without timely notification.
