Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

The return of the product depends entirely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept random returns unless there is a quality issue that we cannot resolve. If you return products without valid reasons, we will not issue a refund.

If you have a quality issue to report, please email us at sales@credkeys.com, and we will suggest solutions. If we determine that the issue needs to be checked by our tech team, we will inform you to return the product, and we will offer a replacement. You can email us, and we will arrange to pick up your keyboard from your address.

Customer Exchange Requests

If you received the desired product but wish to exchange it:

- No return will be granted if the seal is broken.
- No return requests will be accepted if the product has been with the customer for more than 7 days. You can raise a return/refund request within 7 days after delivery.
- In this case, the customer must ship the sealed product back to us and bear the courier fees.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It should be kept in its original packaging.
- All supporting documentation, such as the purchase receipt, price tags, labels, warranty card, and any accessories, should be included with the product.
- Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we will expedite the replacement or refund.
- Unless there is damage or a defect, no accessories can be returned or exchanged. You can contact us at sales@credkeys.com for the address of our warehouse for returns.

Received Wrong Layout/Version

If you find that the product layout or version you received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product along with the tracking number written or printed on paper. Email this to us at sales@credkeys.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


Order Cancellations

We can only cancel your order if the shipment has not yet been dispatched. If you notify us of an order cancellation after the product has been shipped, you will need to return the product at your own expense if you still wish to cancel. Once it has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order. Under no circumstances will a refund be initiated if the seal is broken.

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refunds or replacements only once we have received the sealed product. It generally takes up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. There is often a processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@credkeys.com.
