Keychron K8 QMK Wireless Mechanical Keyboard (Version 2)

This is my second keychron keyboard after the k8 PRO. Bought this for linear switches. But while in bluetooth mode the keyboard keeps on hanging. Becomes unresponsive and gets stuck on the last key pressed, as if it continuously pressed. The support team does not want to replace the keyboard as they are not able to reproduce the issue at their end. They outright said that we cannot do anything if we are not able to reproduce the issue. I even sent them a video.
I do not think that there is any serious bluetooth interference that might be the reason as K8 PRO is working fine in the same env....

I think I'll have to move on from keychron or at least the reduce my trust the wireless functionality of this brand.

Like the touch, feel and ergonomics.
