3 - hr delivery bullshit

I paid extra for the 3-hour delivery, expecting to receive my order within that time. I waited, but was disappointed to find out that one of the items was out of stock, and no one informed me that I wouldn't be receiving it that day. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I requested a refund for the additional amount I paid for the 3-hour delivery, since the service wasn't fulfilled, but they refused. Eventually, the keyboard was delivered the same day, and the case arrived a few days later.
